Without Candice Andrews and Nick Halliday of CNA Design Studio our Class 2 multi-residential building and renovation project on the Mid-North Coast of New South Wales would not have happened.
CNA were engaged, post DA approval, to supervise the tendering and construction phases of the project. As a result of more recent changes to Class 2 building regulations we were confronted by a couple of significant obstacles to achieving our desired outcomes. Nick’s professional experience and expertise as a Design Practitioner successfully navigated us through them so that the project could proceed to the construction stage.
During the building works Candice and Nick combined to very effectively supervise the building process. Candice and her associate Jess also developed the interior design and guided its installation so that it all attunes beautifully to the coastal location of the property. The result has been very much admired by family, friends and passersby.
Candice and Nick’s collaborative style and that of the builder, Bryant Built Pty Ltd, combined to produce a result that was way beyond our expectations and delivered to a very high standard.
