Banksia Residences

This collection of three purpose-built 2-bedroom SDA group homes, named after the native banksia has been meticulously designed to deliver a high standard of accessibility, safety, and comfort.

Each residence features its own enclosed garage, spacious bedrooms with ensuites, and a private outdoor area, providing a balance of independence and privacy for occupants. Shared living, kitchen, and dining spaces have been arranged to support ease of movement and everyday functionality, while fostering a cohesive living environment.

Constructed to meet the requirements of the NDIS Specialist Disability Accommodation High Physical Support category, the homes incorporate seamless internal circulation, assistive technology capability, and high-quality finishes throughout.
