Registered Design Practitioner

As SDA dwellings are typically classified as Class 3 buildings, they fall under the requirements of the Design and Building Practitioners Act (NSW). This means all design work must be undertaken by a registered design practitioner. CNA Design Studio is fully registered under this legislation, ensuring your project is not only legally compliant but delivered with the highest level of professional accountability and technical rigour.
