Hall Street Apartments is an eight‑storey mixed‑use development in Newcastle West, designed to deliver contemporary apartment living with an activated ground‑floor commercial tenancy and secure parking. The project is thoughtfully embedded within the evolving residential precinct of the city’s west end, contributing to the continued growth and urban renewal of the surrounding neighbourhood.

CNA Design Studio was engaged to deliver the project from Construction Certificate through to Practical Completion and handover. Our scope included the preparation and coordination of architectural documentation in accordance with the NSW Design and Building Practitioners (DBP) Act, the full specification, procurement, and coordination of all interior finishes and fixtures, and comprehensive on‑site coordination with the builder and services consultants throughout construction.
